The workshop’s theme, “Beyond 10 Years of TADAT Assessment: Building Stronger Tax Systems for Tomorrow with TADAT Field Guide 2025,” celebrated a decade of impactful assessments across the globe. Over the past ten years, a total of 203 TADAT assessments have been conducted in 112 countries, with more than 5,000 professionals certified as TADAT Assessors. Notably, 43 of these assessments were repeat evaluations, with 23 taking place within the African region, highlighting ongoing commitment and improvements within the continent.
The workshop provided a platform for technical discussions, knowledge sharing, and strategic planning to further strengthen tax systems worldwide. Participants explored the latest updates in the TADAT Field Guide 2025 and discussed how to leverage assessment outcomes to foster transparency, efficiency, and compliance in revenue administration.
GRA remains dedicated to leveraging insights from TADAT assessments to support sustainable development and improve revenue collection for national growth. The active participation in this regional forum reaffirms GRA’s pledge to continuous improvement and international collaboration.
