The Gambia Revenue Authority (GRA) has successfully concluded the in-service orientation for the 9th and 10th batches of Senior and Middle Management staff on File Processing, Minuting, and Letter & Memo Writing Protocols.
The training, organized and facilitated by the Human Resources & Administration Department, was held at the Tamala Beach Hotel on 20th October 2025 for the 9th batch and 21st October 2025 for the 10th batch.
This program forms part of GRA’s continuous efforts to strengthen administrative efficiency and enhance effective communication across all departments.
