Policy Planning & Research

The Policy, Planning and Research Unit is responsible for initiating and coordinating studies. The unit is also assigned the responsibility to implement a framework for constant reviewing of the Authority’s operational initiatives, processes, goals and targets during the plan period.

In addition, to continuously monitor and evaluate all strategies, activities and outcomes with a view to advising the departments and Top Management on the implementation status of the Corporate Plan as well as offer feasible policy and strategy alternatives.
